To tenderize/soften tough meats like lamb, beef,Pork , marinate them in any of the following overnight and store it in a glass , plastic bowls or plastic bags that can be sealed in to the refrigerator.However,when marinating in a straight acid liquid (say apple cider vinegar, wine
or lemon juice ), meat shouldn’t be allowed to marinate for longer than
